Little Miss Stubborn

Wow, I guess my girls are a lot alike so far! They are both stubborn like their daddy. I had a doctor appointment yesterday to find out if I've progressed at all. I was nervous going in, praying that she would tell me that I'm dilated at least to a two, but was cautiously optimistic. Good thing I was cautious. I'm still a one. Induction has been scheduled for Monday night at 8:00 and the hope is that I will progress quickly with Cytotec and will have a baby by early morning! Ruby is excited and ready to be a big sister. Every day she lifts up my shirt to hug and kiss her baby sister and she tells us that she wants to hold her hand and "hold her like a baby", as she demonstrates with her arms how one holds a baby. We've had lots of good talks about what to expect, so Ruby is well versed on the fact that baby will poop and cry a lot. The good thing is that The Rubes says she is going to change diapers!
